Re: 2018 Italian Grand Prix Race Thread
On the other hand, the more fanatical you are, the better it feels when your driver wins. To get that, you need to endure the bad times as well. Because when it's bad, it's really bad. :) Fair enough, I couldn't handle that though. Luckily I doubt Kimi is going to be in with a real shot of winning ...

Re: 2018 Italian Grand Prix Race Thread
Yeah they've both done it plenty of times I know, I'm just the most annoyed I've ever been watching an F1 race. I'd have not begrudged Kimi the win today but you have to admire Bottas for that teamwork. Keeps the championship interesting for a while It's a no brainer for Mercedes but right now I'd ...

Re: 2018 Belgian Grand Prix Race Thread
Alonso beat Hamilton numerous seasons while having the 3rd best car. We're not going to agree so let's agree to disagree. It's a little sneaky to leave out the fact that in the years 2008-2013, Alonso had absolute supremacy at Renault and Ferrari. Hamilton had to compete against Button (who outscor...

And you think an arguably over the hill Alonso would do better than an experienced Hamilton? Yeah, that sounds plausible. To be fair, Alonso has been the best driver in F1 since 2008. He's won in some absolute donkeys (Renault R28 in Japan) and challenged for the title in arguably the 4th worst car...
