Not "sick" per se but: I seem to remember Schumacher winning in San Marino, hours after his mother had died. And I think Ralf came second. [Oops, forgot which account I was on  ] Nope. Re: Piquet Jr. - Grojean got lucky because Kimi is weak

The best pole Kimi has scored, in a "poor" car, was his Italian GP 2006 pole... Even then it was in the 3rd fastest car. The fact remains, Kimi hasn't pulled a single blinding Q3 lap out in any of these 11 races and is losing the qualifying war to his (effectively rookie) team-mate. I don't underst...

Re: Who will benefit from 2014 engine regulation changes?

I'm considerably less confident in the Mercedes engines for 2014 given their recent plans (or proposed plans) to basically not be a major shareholder in a team. Source? If you're referring to an article relating to: Re-branding the team to AMG; that doesn't imply Mercedes are cutting out. AMG is a ...

Uh, you're wrong: Merc get quicker when the fuel burns off, as this season has showed. Both Ros and Schu would've beaten everyone by a fair margin by the end; with or without Button's botched pit-stop. Everyone gets quicker when the fuel runs down, physics. Not trying to alarm you or anything. But you do realize laps 11, 12 and 13 were when Button and Schumi were pitting. So with in the process of different laps for in laps, pitstops and out-laps etc confusing everything, it makes that gap pretty worthless and not a true reflection of the pace of the ...

Jense knew something and left, was replaced by Nico. Merc is unforunately a dog. I would refrain to critizise Shu too because of that fact. If Brawn GP would have been piece of junk we probably would have not seen Jense in F1 (guess, not a bait) Indeed. They're re-building the whole team basically,...

*popcorn* One thing... Nico is probably (we don't really know) a good driver with bad cars. Remember how u used to bash Button when he was backmarking with a dodgy Honda? He got a proper ride and he is at a top-team now and been doing pretty well. Let's judge Rosberg when or if he gets a proper car...

Re: How highly do you rate Nico Rosberg?

The thing that sticks out for me is: how much better Schumacher is in the wet vs Rosberg. The latter has been slaughtered in the wet quali's.

In the dry, what they both lack is a consistently competitive car.

Merc need to hurry up and bring in much needed downforce.
