But that is even a more disadvantage to LH as he is not allowed at the second pit to utilize that fact that he got in the box lat...

Because let's face it, if they didn't have the problems with the start, it would have been probably a lazy comfortable 1-2 for them, or given the poor speed of rosberg, probably 1-3.
But second time they are compromised by the start after which hell opens for them.

LH made mistakes this race and doesn't really to get a lot of it, though he made a lot of overtaking, but the other least deserving to win or take a lot of it is Rosberg either, absolutely gray and uninteresting driving taking benefits from others disasters. It is really bad that drivers do things like that, you are slower, the other guys is overtaking you, why do you have to risk it and make stupid things. Drivers shouldn't get away with this really, but that's F1 now.
