Very close to P1 and Mercedes AMG have compromised for race so there is podium on cards tomorrow. A good start will definitely help. On Friday they did preparation for race so they are reasonably confident that the car won't have problem in race.

Alonso can go to Lotus if Santander comes along with its money, Alonso and offer Lotus to replace Kimi. This is what happened with Ferrari some years back.

I am not sure there were any overheating concern. They said reliability and the car is good so now just getting the performance out of the car and improving the package thorought the year is the challenge. They should definitely be looking at podiums and fighting for wins this year. No more excuse

Not really a fan of either of them but Hamilton is easily the superior and faster driver. I think tyre management is Hamilton problem. Where Button's smoother driving style works in his favor. Otherwise Button is not really that good. Not in top teir of drivers TBH.

Nobody knows for sure but I get the same feeling. The order probably is RBR, Mclaren, Mercedes AMG.

People are giving too much importance to testing. It is meant to test various permutation, combination and analyze it. That is the sole purpose. Probably this time it will be close among teams and RBR won't have a big advantage. But I wouldn't put too much into testing
