Re: The illegal immigant crisis in Europe

Honestly I am totally disgusted. The lack of empathy and understanding is scandalous. We are worried about a few hundred or thousand desperate people negatively impacting our prosperity and lifestyle while at the same time we as a country happily vote for a cruel elite who continually propagate the...

Re: Official MotoGP thread

How would the Motogp fans rate the 4 great world championship riders at their peak? Rossi, Lorenzo, Stoner and Marques. I know it is early for Marques but Pedrosa is an excellent benchmark and he has now had nearly 3 seasons. I am not a big enough fan of motogp to rank them with certainty, is there...

Re: The illegal immigant crisis in Europe

One thing that does concern me, and I have seen it first hand, is when two "sets" (sorry) of immigrants come here from a country where they have been at war, they continue the hate, and sometimes the fight. Also, a child of 10 born and raised in UK is a child. Some of that age have been carrying a ...

Re: The illegal immigant crisis in Europe

My feeling is, if I were leaving here because if I stay I'll likely be killed, how would I like to be treated? If one thing really really irritates me it's when the media refers to refugees as a "swarm". They are real people. Each and every one of those people is worth no more, or no less than you. ...

No driver is irreplaceable. There is long queue, but to be honest it would be much much worse if eh didn't have any eye protection. I guess he had such. He is irreplaceable this year. Why I highlight it is because it is so simple to pull glove on, it is not even " cool " not to use them. Even throw...

We got less penalties last year. These power units can be reliable (see Mercedes and Ferrari) Renault and Honda have both conceded any championship hopes this year in an effort to improve for future years. It wasn't an instant classic, but if they were all special, none of them would be. Vettel's tyre looked to be from the curb to me, if they'd enforce track limits there this problem probably wouldn't have happened, but they shouldn't have tried that long a stint really. Well done to Romain, star of t...

There's another thing that annoys me, people who watch live TV and don't pay their TV licence, but will spend £6 on a coffee every morning and smoke 20 a day. It's £5 a week, it's not expensive for christs sake.

As much as I like to see a F1 race in Finland, but there isn't any proper racing track for modern F1 in Finland, is it? I believe they have a track that is FIA grade 2, and just needs runoff to be grade 1. If they can get decent sponsorship/government cash, it can be done. Much cheaper than a new t...
