After considerable thought which I will probably regret later, here is my top 10 for Canada:
1. Hamilton
2. Vettel
3. Rosberg
4. Bottas
5. Massa
6. Raikkonen
7. Grosjean
8. Maldonado
9. Hulkenberg
10. Nasr

Re: Indy 500 race thread.
Brilliant race. 5 or 6 all with a very big shout of winning all the way through. Monaco and Indianapolis show why all racing disciplines, especially F1, need to find a way of holding on to tracks that punish mistakes. Even better if they offer good passing opportunities as well.

Nico every time. Yes, it's a bit hollow to win that way but I'd rather have 25 points after lying 2nd most of the race than 18. Fans can have their opinion, I'll take the points and hope I can get some momentum in the championship.

I had a quick look through my yearbooks as well but I can't find one with the top 10 staying the same from the start. I vaguely recall a race where the top 10 barely changed after the first few laps, I think it was Barcelona or Hungary during one of Schumacher's most dominant seasons, 2002 or 2004.

I think the outright best driver at Monaco in the current field is Rosberg. He consistently has had a good record there, not just with Mercedes but with Williams too. I think Rosberg finds something extra around Monaco. I think Button also fares better at Monaco than at most other circuits. I can't ...

Arie Luyendyk still holds the Indianapolis record at 237.4mph. I think the fastest oval lap is Gil de Ferran's incredible 241.4mph lap at Fontana.
I echo comments already made on here that Castroneves becoming airborne out on his own is worrying.

I don't see this as blackmailing Audi. Red Bull don't have any leverage with them. The way I interpreted Marko's comments was that if they can't get an alternative engine supplier (Audi or anybody else) and Renault remains the way it is, then Red Bull leave. His comments indicate to me that VW are t...

I'd be happy with Bottas leaving if it means Hulkenberg or Grosjean can get in a Williams. Neither have done anything that screams: "I am better than Force India/Lotus". I would like to see a very long and very expensive track built to test the theory of whether an F1 car can drive upside down at high speed. Massa was already very good in 2007, he was much closer to the WDC that year than most people like to remember.
