Maybe Webber's issues were down to the fact that as he qualified further down the field (in comparison to Vettel), the car didn't like to sit in the dirty air?

I think it would be a good idea if they made sunday mornings a testing session for the teams reserve drivers this way they also get some track time / understanding of the car if they are needed to replace a regular driver for whar ever reason, they wont come into it totally on the back foot. You will never know who has the fastest package, but you sure can tell which teams car is slower than they expected.
