Why make a villain of him for it? If I didn't know better I'd think you're new around here  Since you are very smart and we talk *Definitely True*.. please explain me this bit.. "Nico was in the wrong setting - and that's why he lost power out of 3. He didn't have as much energy as Lewis had ,...

Re: Bittersweet 6th place

My posts are here to testify how highly I have always rated Sainz. For me raw speed is the most important thing and he was even better than Verstappen in this department. He is also a very good starter(so far). There will be a vacancy very soon at Ferrari/Mercedes/McLaren so if he keep performing ve...

Re: Rosberg V Hamilton Crash Debate/Poll [MERGED]

ROS/HAM (80/20) This crash is a blessing in disguise for Hamilton because after Nico taking the lead after T1, his deficit would have been 50 points and the Mercedes team can now clarify about this "wrong" mode Rosberg was using. Oh.. and this consecutive wins record hype will stop now. Bring on Mo...

Re: Ricciardo Vs Verstappen - Who will come out on top?

Today race has confirmed what I have always thought about the F1 grid. There is definetely a weaker side of the grid and many drivers(I will not name them but I am sure a thread will be made about it in the next months) have set records or reached unbelievable hype thanks to that. The stronger side ...

Re: Rosberg V Hamilton Crash Debate/Poll [MERGED]

ROS/HAM (80/20) After what we saw in the race with Raikkonen and Ricciardo unable to overtake who was ahead but slower, Hamilton did the right thing. But there are few things I want to add: 1. The cars are supposed to start using the "race start" power unit map but for some reason Rosberg was in the...

@sandman1347 Stoner had all the reasons to be upset. Re: MotoGP 2016

I don't know if people realize how small Ducati is compared to Yamaha/Honda/Suzuki. When I was a 2nd year student, our project was to design a demonstration platform for the Ducati museum. What Stoner did in 2007 is worth at least 5 WDC in the eyes of Ducatisti and whenever I watch Barcellona 2007, ...

I would say that if Max fails and Ricciardo gets poached then Red Bull are in big trouble regarding drivers. I think most teams would be in big trouble regarding drivers if one driver fails and the other leaves. Red Bull, having the Toro Rosso second team, are possible better placed than most thoug...

So we will have two possible outcomes with explanations/excuses: If VES is slower than RIC it will because : 1. He had too many buttons on his new steeringwheel 2. He is only 18 years old. Give him some time. 3. He doesn't know the car/track. If VES is faster than RIC it wil be because: 4. He is a g...

I think Hamilton has broadened F1 to many people who were previously not that interested in the sport. He has also widened its appeal to a generation of younger fans. Weather you like it or not it brings interest, viewing figures and advertising to the to sport and is good for F1 in the long term. ...

What Herbert said in this case was unreasonable and Alonso was well within his rights to do what he did. @Zoue Bingo. No need to exaggerate Hamilton's 2007 performance and downplay Alonso 2007 efforts though to prove your point. I wish they could be teammate(no swap) tomorrow again.
