Fuel this, exhaust that, power discrepancy(?) ... the engine is tiny compared to the others. "Hey Ades, what engine you want?" "The Renault," "But it's down on power" "But it's ducking tiny!!"

Re: Based on 2012, is Vettel the qualifying master?
The RB8 had amazing one lap speed, ok, got that out of the way. Nando isn't the greatest qualifier but managed to out qual his team mate most of the year, Hamilton has some mad skills but is some time miss rather than hit. Vettel is the greatest qualifier on the grid, but it's been a while since we ...

Reverse grids are more artificial than DRS and degrading tyres. Sure it works in low formula to give a bit of action but it's not GP racing.

Re: Bernie Could be Forced Out by Actions of German Courts
Bernie is amazing. He did such a great job of dragging manufacturers away from not so costly prototype racing so they could gherkin a few years away in the middle of the F1 pack. That was amazing. Changing fees after circuits have been started for new GPs at tax payers expense, that was truly amazin...

Re: Mclaren struggles from Lewis shodow
With Lewis' negotiations going on for so long and with Lewis rebuffing them so publicly, Mclaren were looking for a replacement for quite some time. Announcing the fruits of that search when a gap opened up is hardly a knee-jerk reaction. As for the car announcement, Mclaren are weird and make a new...

The Renault/Nissan relationship is stronger than that. Renault purchased 45% of Nissan and they now share parts and tech. Hence the reason Renault's road cars have improved while Nissan's legendary reliability is now but a fable.
That said, I'd like a Jap manufacturer. Mazda, but if not, Nissan.

The car 2012 car is based around a system that is banned next year and does *inaudible* all. It didn't give them the advantage they had hoped to see in qually, which isn't as important with DRS compared to the processional years before, and they made compromises elsewhere to fit the system. They've ...
