Skunkworks F1, with the team based out of Plant 42 in Palmdale CA, I have had that fantasy for awhile.

How can you say anyone who has made it to F1, and a double WDC has any bad luck.

I have to give direct tv (here in the states) a good deal of money to watch f1, only reason I have tv. So I'm not all that sad for them.

They had a camera angle at the USGP last year that showed the violent ability of the cars to change directions. Matchett and Hobbs (US broadcast team for NBC Sports) both agreed how great it was, and they never used it again, for the rest of the weekend.

I fell in love with F1 because of the purity of the sport, something American racing no longer has. This trying to script excitement is wrong, and will never work. It's too easy to see, just watch any NASCAR race, it's not quite WWF (fake/ scripted wrestling) but it's not far off.
