Inside News: F1 threatens to block venues with a view to Las Vegas GP if they don’t pay. Liberty Media sent letters to restaurants, bars and clubs charging them $1500/head licensing fee or they will use barricades and blinding lights to block the customers peeking at the race. https://nypost.com/20...

Re: 2023 Hungarian Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Thread
Overtaking was very possible last year, Red Bull's DRS is incredibly powerful and Merc is typically slow on the straights. I dont see it being a problem at all Interestingly on this... Both Hamilton and Vasseur have said this weekend that Red Bull's super duper DRS advantage seems to have vanished....

Re: It's finally happened...
Wow. well over 50% of this thread that is 6 pages long has been way off topic. To get it back on, I'll say a few things. Since I've been paying for NowTV for access to Sky, I've found the team of presenters to be about the worst I've known. It isn't always the people themselves, but just how Sky so...

Re: FEEDBACK THREAD
Today advertisements started to appear on the topic list. One ad is displayed between every 4-8 topic titles. The experience is horrendous. I understand PF1 likes to be profitable, but it is not like the ads that already were in place weren't annoying enough. Especially on mobile devices. Yeah it's...

For my part, I don't understand why anyone posting news to any thread on this site really but especially this one can't simply post a link directly to the source of that news. Did Piastri not have the upgrades? I thought it was confirmed that he did this weekend. First I've heard that is this thread. But if Piastri didn't that is performance of the season. I think Red Bull will keep Perez for next year but almost by default, because they won’t be able to get in a driver that is definitely going to be an improvement. However, if Red Bull do make a change for 2024, then I think that is a sign that they are worried about the impact of the cost cap penal...

Wouldnt be surprised that RB is way ahead in '26 designs and development and actually correct with these complaints. Their stories do worry me though. I would hate to see drivers going off throttle halfway down the Monza straight because it would be faster over the entire lap. He had the opportunity to get pole position and blew it. There was no race and FIA awarding/gifting a win doesn't make it a race. Seriously, does the worshipping of Verstappen has to go so far to call this farce a race and a GP win? It literally would have been a GP win. Norris blew a potential win...

I mentioned this in the Monaco race thread but I think Alice Powell's got a bright future in commentary.
She came across a knowledgable, measured & articulate. Would be a good replacement for Brundle when he eventually call it quits.

Yes that's very interesting and Verstappen this year will equal Senna's 3 world titles. All things being equal, Red Bull will win every race, such is their advantage. It'll only be through upset conditions that anyone else will stand a chance. Also, as unlikely as it may seem, i'd not be surprised to see Verstappen clean sweep the rest of the season too. I know it's a long shot with 15...
