Re: Vettel's Accident vs Hulkenburgs
this guy has issues. In his own head he\s still convinced Senna is totally at fault. How can you blame him if neutral spectators aren't even agreeing about it? AD, today: Sat on the Naughty Step Bruno Senna, Williams, DNF Bruno Senna was more contrite about his first lap accident in the BBC forum t...

Re: Vettel's Accident vs Hulkenburgs
this guy has issues. In his own head he\s still convinced Senna is totally at fault. I just wish next year's Redbull is a dog of a car, he deserves a wake up call. Regarding what CHarlie said about the first corner incidents, i find it hard to believe. There were penalties. And why should Grosjean c...

Re: Kobayashi out Gutierrez in
Personal attacks, no arguments, how nice. Yes, divebombing in wet is sensible thing to do :uhoh:. Looking at their respective performances in Malaysia and looking how fast Sauber was today, Perez had a real chance of winning. this was the best argument in the world. congratulations !!! you're the m...

actually they were yellow flags. But my guess it was just a software glitch or something, because generally yellows flash and this time they were just staying on. From what I've seen at least.
Red and yellow flags is nonsense, they are actual flags only, not digital panels.

Re: Kobayashi out Gutierrez in
Unbelievably stupid move from Kobayashi, something like this is borderline in dry, but divebombing in wet is moronic, that's the proper word to describe it. Looking at their respective performances in Malaysia and looking how fast Sauber was today, Perez had a real chance of winning. Unfortunately ...

Re: Kobayashi out Gutierrez in
Good news. Kobayashi could perform, but he wasn't spectacular enough for Sauber. The team needs a driver that can every now and then bring in a surprise podium - not points. Consistency at their level brings few rewards. Kobayashi started off his career reasonably well - but he hasn't improved. He'...

Re: Kobayashi out Gutierrez in
it's always funny how f1 fans always know who is or who isn't world champion material. Of course, those were the same people that outlooked Mika before 1998, Alonso during the 2001 season, Button before 2009, or even Vettel in 2007. If you don't have the car for it, you're not WDC material. In these...

Re: Sauber CEO says KK doesn't need sponsors, but results!!!
Almoust any driver in a mid to low field team outperforms the car. Driver rotation, budgets, sponsorhip, or even spur of the moment leaves midfield drivers without a seat for the following year. Regarding sponsorship, my guess is that telmex pays well :) . At the end of the day, if Kamui had a bette...

Re: Kobayashi out , Gutierrez in at Sauber for 2013 ?
Koby looked really good in the final two races of 2009 and then just vanished to nowhere apart from that race in Suzuka. Him and Perez are about the same really, just two over rated mediocre drivers. Koba hasn't set the world alight and extremely overrated by many here. Guti should be a good choice...

Sat on the Naughty Step Kamui Kobayashi, Sauber, 14th
''As the commentary said, he should have been looking to position his car right to make the turn, and he went left. It was vaguely reminiscent of the moment at Spa when he steered into Lewis Hamilton's rear tyre instead of dropping back and taking the line for the corner (for which Hamilton unnecess...

Re: Where are the Kobaybashi threads?
At the end of day, during his entire career, Koba was cleaner in close combat than Lewis or Massa during the last half of the 2011 season. Today, the only mistake he did is be braked late, so did button and rosberg, but still I think Rosberg moved in the braking zone. There is something in some peop...

Re: Kobayashi in need of a sponsor to stay in F1
I read before that the F1 paddock hasn't put Kamui on the big team radar because of his lack of consistency. As far as i remember only two DNFs were his fault this season, so that seems a bit unfair, especially with the likes of Grosjean and Maldonado around. Plus today's contacts weren't entirely ...

Re: Sauber 2013
Sauber are using every bit of public attention they can get their hands on. Of course they will announce the drivers later, the more attention the bigger the chance someone will come in as a sponsor. But, as Telmex seems to be staying on with them for another year, and Perez isn't, Guttierez seems t...

Re: This is depressing
Why is it so hard for Ferrari to give their drivers a fast enough car?. Damn that behind the red fools, that "frizzy drkins company" must be cheating again, there's no way they are that fast all of a sudden. It is sad that a driver like Vettel, who's a good driver, but no way better than Alonso wil...

And regarding challenging the mod thread, you could have seen older posts, that I post very rarely, and honestly have better things to do than flaming you or other mods.

Re: Kobayashi Vs Perez
Considering he saved Sauber's position in Brazil last season, delivering when he had to, that says something. He didn't save it. Firstly, points are scored across whole season, so to say points scored in the last event decide anything is silly (that's why Alonso didn't lose WDC in Abu Dhabi, he los...

Thinking what happend to Sutil last season, Kobayashi might just lose his seat next year. Regards to him being trash, that's just a bit harsh. Re: Kobayashi Vs Perez
In qualifying Perez was faster than Kobayashi by almost 1 second. In the race they both had exactly the same strategy - softs-softs-supersofts, all new sets - so there was no better strategy for one or another as some suggested when Perez made it to the podium in Canada and Monza. Results? Perez wa...

Re: Kobayashi Vs Perez
Perez is a great driver but he does always seem to be the one who benefits from a "go long" strategy. Perhaps Kobayashi should insist on doing the same. It's also unfair that Kobayashi's job should be seen as under threat as he's certainly not been driving badly. No no no, the ideea is that Sauber ...

Re: Kobayashi Vs Perez
To be fair, I never really did realise just how strong Perez was this year until I looked at his performances race-by-race: Australia - Gearbox problem meant he couldn't set a time in Q2. One stop took him up to sixth, then the collision with Rosberg occurred, meaning Perez lost out to Raikkonen an...

Re: Kobayashi Vs Perez
The difference is simple I think. Pat Symonds knows it the best. If you go on a totally different strategy than the rest it might work out from time to time. And Sauber always split strategies. When it worked and also the car ran well, he got podiums. Malaysia was a bit different, but on the other o...

When I visit the UK, a BTCC race is a must.

I can't really understand what's going on there.
All I know from history and practice, generally there are 2 sides, and you can't judge on one being good and one being bad. Both sides have interests and targets, and both would go a long way to achieve them.

The only Vettel finger we saw in Malaysia http://h9.abload.de/img/untitled-1n0k4e13xkv.gif That is pure brilliance.
