disobedience of team orders

There has been much talk regarding team orders but little seems to have been said about their enforcement.
What do you, as TP, do to enforce the orders or punish non-compliance?
Financial penalty? Driver X takes a "rest" for the next race?

If you've got a Reliant Robin bolting on a fourth wheel still is not going to give you mercedes-like performance. I think the decision to allow them to race or not must partly be influenced by the prevailing circumstances, the drivers' state of mind (is he fired up, angry and likely to be over-aggressive because of some other incident?) I don't think you can have a blanket yes or no at this stage of the game. C...

reading thread re. cameras got me thinking. Tesla, I saw on TV the other day, have replaced mirrors on road cars with cameras citing an aero advantage (as well as appearing high-tech).
Do the rules allow this approach in F1 and where would you put the screen to view?

amazing it was how wood can simply grow out of reindeer's heads. Not so dumb!
