Since my last post in this thread I have bought a Win8 laptop, and I honestly can not understand the criticism aimed at W8. The old Start Menu is now a start screen with added features such as the Live Tiles/widgets. I'm mystified at the complaints.

NFS Most Wanted also had a free roam option, I didn't play multiplayer and I don't remember anything much about it, (aside from it being fun). But being a launch title on the 360, and also available for the original Xbox should make it very cheap.

i'm still left puzzling which teams could have been in favour... with the new regs coming up it is nothing more than gambling... the chances of receiving an engine-related penalty at the last race are quite high, as are the chances of having a DNF... so far i think RBR and lotus were against it... ...
