Whether or not Dan is up to be promoted I think it's pretty clear JEV isn't. Consistently being thrashed by ten places by your team-mate in quali is not good enough for Red Bull. Not dealing with the pressure of quali very well, unfortunately.

Head to head Dan is winning I'm pretty sure. I calculated their average finishing position the other day (excluding retirements) and it was RIC 11.88 and JEV is 11.62. So basically bang equal if you consider there has been some bad luck and good luck etc in there for both parties I'm sure.

Webber and Horner have very, very little to do with the GP3 team. It's run by Horner's father with some input from Ann Neil, Mark's partner. I think Webber and Horner did have a good relationship when the entity was created, years ago. But things between them have been fairly strained since mid-2010.
