Doubt it will be - there's next to no profit in WP8 for developers. I gave up on it a while ago. My profits on WP8 were near zero, compared to iOS and Android which were massive in comparison. It's a dead platform as far as support for decent apps is concerned.

Really? I'd say the opposite.

Cars running slower = less air flow = cooling problems.
Cars running on slippy surface = more wheelspin = more work required by the engine = heat.

From what we've seen so far if the Ferrari and Renault engines dont improve signficantly It's a completely open championship to anyone with a Mercedes engine strapped to their car.
