Re: kimi on top gear

I enjoy the fact that because he didn't beat Hamilton, Lewis cut the corner to gain an advantage, as well as there being supposed worn parts on the car. People shouldn't get worked up/disappointed about Top Gear Test Track times. Barrichello has the record, for crying out loud!

Re: Bernie has said he wants 25 races?

18-20 races is optimal. I don't want too many races, because there is risk of getting bored. Like after the race start and just before the first pitstops? F1 is more boring in some races than watching a film 3 times, I often go and make the dinner after the start and then sit down whilst it cooks t...

I noticed a smashed up car with a blue rear wing in one of the other photos... But I thought the film was focusing on the Lauda/Hunt battle only?...

Lewis Hamilton has revealed that Monaco will be his new place of residence for the 2012 season, with the McLaren driver explaining that the time he spent in Switzerland was 'a bit boring'.

Sheer coincidence, i'm sure.

Malaysia this year. My first ever after many years of following the sport! Should be a cracker. I intend on ending up on a hill at some point and i have a telescopic pole an...

There is little point to sandbagging, really. If the team was a second faster than the rest of the field, I think we might have seem glimpses of it in the last three tests.

Unfortunately, it doesn't count Magical Mystery Tour as an album :(

Problem with The Beatles is that they had a lot of fantastic songs, but not many of them on the same album.

Don't have a whole lot against customer cars, but perhaps limit it to only the car and no aid during the season. In 2011, it'd have been a Red Bull-Toro Rosso borefest.

Re: Which Team line-up is the most efficient & exciting?

Toro Rosso, for me. The two were partnered briefly at the end of 2010 in 3.5, but had completely different class of machinery the following year. They're both super quick and super determined. Both of them have very different personalities, as well. Ricciardo is open and friendly, whereas Vergne see...

WOW..! 8O Thats a great picture for comparison, showing how F1 has evolved just like man becoming more complex. I understand the theory alittle better now behind the clutch sytem. Still amazes me the complexity behind the engineering.. just mind boggoling! Did F1 cars have reverse gear at any point...

I don't know if that's strictly true. There are drivers who are friends, they just don't necessarily go to restaurants with each other and try to screw up each others' dates.

When commenting about the current grid, can we really include Schumacher as one of the best in the sport? Perhaps he was once, but he's been beaten by Rosberg two years in a row now.

It's largely just something people like to use against him, because some will agree for the sake of agreeing. McLaren didn't just put him in the car because he was British, they put him in the car because they believed he had proved he could perform at a high level. It was a huge risk placing a rook...

I would definitely say no The car was poor and if he had not of died, Williams wouldn't of went crazy and fix everything up and made it better ASAP They perhaps made the car safer, yes, but they put extra effort into making the car faster because Senna was killed? I find it highly unlikely. I've al...
