Any one caught doing so will be reported to stewards on grounds of "potentially dangerous" driving Its ...

Re: The difference Hamilton and Verstappen make
A think a key factor here is that Red Bull appear to operate as a one-car team in the way that Schumacher's Ferrari team and Alonso's Renault team did. They have an appointed lead driver who receives the bulk of the engineering focus, be it physical upgrades on the car, pitstop strategy, telemetry ...

Verstappen not only failed to lift he went quicker.
As in previous events he should get a grid penalty without a shadow of doubt but who knows with these stewards who happen to be the same as in Brazil.

Yes Horner is a bit of a joke and all of my dislike of Red Bull is due to him. He continues into this weekend talking about Mercedes having a 27 kph closing speed on the straights in Brazil. Tbf, that double waved yellow is easy to miss. You'll not be looking there as a driver. However it is there.... And he has driven through it. Like many, I also believe that no penalty will be given, cause...reasons?! They will find something to get away on technicality, like marshal waved the flag by mistake, it was not intended, it did not show in the FIA control monitor, etc... If that happens and Max wins from P2 then its not unreason...
