Re: 2018 Autosport Team Principal Rankings
I find it funny that they voted Alonso in 4th when none of the top teams wanted to hire him! The odd thing for me with Ferrari not taking part is that they could be admitting that they don't have the best drivers. They may not want to admit that they didn't have the best drivers but at the same time...

Re: Formula 1 Anthem Live
Really minchy? Chariots of Fire music is slow and methodical. This has build up to it, high, lows, speed, adrenaline and control. IDK if it's that I grew up on stage listening to, and singing to scores like this, but I totally get every little nuance Bryan Tyler so eloquently wrote into this piece....

Re: Formula 1 Anthem Live
The music is fine, but it just doesn't fit f1 for me. It conjured up a strange cross between the struggle of Chariots of Fire and the atmosphere of Pirates of the Caribbean in my mind!!!!

I thought channel 5 had the rights in the UK still until I saw this. Bit of a shame as I thought they did a decent job last season. At at the same time, glad it'll be on iPlayer cause it sometimes took days to go o to channel 5's catch up service. Regarding the helmet cam from above - I seem to reme...

I was thinking Hulk or Kmag too. Most driver are tiny little things and with similar fitness throughout the field, size matters!

Just seen Bohemian Rhapsody - really, really good film. It took a bit of artistic license and altered some dates of events, missed some events, ignored others and toned down a lot of the drama (from what I know about Freddy and Queen history). Re: British Grand Prix news
As much as I'd love a London street race, I really can't see it happening. Formula e hasn't been back to London since it's first outing mainly because the residents complained about disruption and they didn't shut any streets down at all. Just imagine if half of central London was closed and not jus...

You'd have to have a heart of stone not to be willing Kimi on for one more moment in the sun. I don't get the Kimi love at all. He's never proved himself to be better than average. He couldn't consistently beat Massa. It's just a good underdog victory imo. You're a fellow Brit, you must love a good...

Bit harsh on Carlos there now I've seen a replay. He gained no more than any other driver that went wide on that turn, yet he's the only one to receive a penalty cause he gained a position at the next corner.

why is quali so late? Because of the time difference. Texas is 6 hours behind the UK. But so is Mexico City. Last year, USGP qualifications were around the time of the race the following day, as it usually is at all the other venues. But this year, quali appears to be 3-1/2 hours out of sync with a...

I don't get the issue. Yes they may have tried to make the logo look like the Marlboro logo, but it isn't the Marlboro logo! Simple as that. You would have to know they are (possibly) trying to subliminally market Marlboro to see the connection. It's like the bar code they used to have in 2009/10 (c...
