Re: Looks like Alonso messed up leaving Ferrari

"All Alonso cares about is the title" well that's true for every driver. Everyone wants to win (maybe not Irvine in his Ferrari days :P ). But he could have a better chance of development starting from where Ferrari is now (best of the rest) than from the mess McLaren is now. Of course, things chang...

Re: Looks like Alonso messed up leaving Ferrari

I'm worried that the Ferrari PU may not have a whole lot of room for improvement. When Marmorini was fired last year, he accused Tombazis for the failure of last year's car because Tombazis insisted on having a very compact PU which ended up underpowered compared to the competition. So it may very w...

Re: Seb Vettel...Changing my mind...

I think he did great in last race. People are comparing him to Schumacher already, HOWEVER it must be said that, while Schumacher only won with Ferrari in his 7th GP, there was the fact the 1996 Ferrari wasn't exactly good, and largely inferior to the Williams. The gap between Ferrari and Mercedes t...

I was pleased with his race. Terrible luck, but showed similar pace to Vettel and could've finished even higher with a better starting position. I heard from journos that this is the first car with Allison influence in it, and it shows, as he was responsible for the tire-saving Lotuses of previous y...

Re: Ferrari is an embarrassment to F1

Alonso's 5th place didn't reflect their real pace. Alonso should've finished 8th or 9th, but a number of cars faster than his had a lot of problems (Hamilton, Vettel and Massa retired, Bottas crashed when he was right behind Alonso, etc.). The truth is that, ATM, the F14T is a turd. And, for those w...

Wow, there's a bug on the windscreen and it's time to pull the ejection handle? And as anyone who has ever been involved in racing, s...

Re: Kimi's 2013 Is Officially Over - Back Surgury on Thursda

Kimi is a genius. If he's out due to injury, Lotus will still have to pay him for the races he missed. And, if they start complaining, he may remind them that his pain was only aggravated because the team fit his seat badly during Singapore practice. Pure gold, and a punch to the face of these crooks.

Why can't it be a combination of both? Lotus have frozen him out in terms of car development for next year which makes sense, but could it be kimi just doesn't care enough anymore to put in solid efforts? He could be well and truly over it for this season and simply just going through the motions. ...

Re: Massa: Beat Alonso or Get Ferrari 2nd in WCC

The truth is Massa's butthurt because Ferrari didn't give him a chance after 2009 year. Alonso is better anyway since, despite qualifying lower sometimes, he always makes up for it, while Massa usually goes backwards and does battle with Saubers and Force Indias in a clearly superior car. I really doubt Vettel is so much better than everyone else on the grid, including Alonso who beat the previous F1 superstar twice. This can only mean Webber is crap, and unworthy of the seat he has. On top of that, he's already 37, and in decline.
