Re: 2017 Monaco Grand Prix Race Thread

Is Kimi gonna be allowed to win or will he have to let Vettel by? It would make total sense from a championship perspective to let Vettel by. However, there will be a huge backlash if there is a hint that strategies were manipulated or Kimi is told to let Vettel by. I don't think Ferrari will be af...

I don't see it working in F1 unless you made it a spec series. Red Bull and Torro Rosso had pretty much identical cars a few years ago but Torro Rosso didn't have the budget to develop it as Red Bull did.

Serious answer: I think these cars are a huge success. The last few years have made watching paint dry a more attractive option for me. And going back to the crappy tyres we've had since 2011 would be an absolute disaster IMO. This year is better in almost every way Better how? Cars can't follow ea...

Any change of engine will increase costs massively and there is no way Todt or anyone will bring about a new engine themselves. It will require manufacturers to agree and they will only agree if it benefits them somehow.

Re: When will everyone realize McLaren's wearing no clothes?

Mclaren have been in a very bad way since 2013 (arguably 2009). They are ultimately to blame for this Honda disaster, for allowing Honda to make so many mistakes and failing to manage the whole project properly. They've basically allowed Honda to fail and are only now trying to do something about it...
