Re: Is Fernando's run finally over?
Alonso did such a great job of saving a set of softs yesterday because all teams used 3 sets of them during the race so he couldn't set a banker lap .......... OH WAIT softs were barely used and ferrari/his choice to run only once in qualifying has left him yet again in the midfield clash of the fir...

I wonder if that double DRS system is somehow active during the race, would be a redbulll-style trick to fool the FIA.

Re: Do you agree with most of the red flags when it rains?
This year it has been way better except for the qualifying that was broken off in Hockenheim. I remember some 10 years ago we had a super exciting Magny-Cours race with I think Barrichello on pole with Panis 2nd or something(could be wrong) because he set his time just before it starting raining. Really f off with all of these street circuits, in 50 years (well thank goodness Bernie won't be around that long to accomplish it) we will have 15 Monaco's and F1 will be a showrace in each city dring thru the rich neighbourhouds.

Well, if he was going to retire again I'm quite sure Ross Brawn and Norbert etc would've allowed him to reveal that to the press before anouncing the signing of Hamilton. Hoping for Ferrari for one more season so he at least gets the chance to prove he hasn't "lost it" as some people here believe. R...

He should've come back to ferrari indeed, he picked the absolute worst team to join, probably their lack of quality was hidden by the lucky Honda design a year earlier that masked their suckyness.

It's really simple, it was to check the performance of the prime tires for Vettel.
In so many races Webber has been used as a tire tester for Vettel, I am suprised there isn't more talk about it by us or even himself.

Give him a different last name and ppl would be laughing about him like the failboy karthekayeyan. He sucks.
I hope they get rid of him and put Eddie Irvine or Mika Hakkinen in the car next year or something.

It was clear to see on the TV screen that his car hit a sort of bump when he hit the brakes. Maybe go watch a replay before you start bashing people.

I wasn't suprised at all, since yes, it was only Webber. RB couldn't care less about 1 point or 0 points for Webber. If it was Vettel he would've gotten the order to let him pass. (Actually Vettel would've waved his hands + very long and ugly finger out of the cockpit in anger after 1 lap behind him...

Agree they are way too similar to be driven so close to each other in the season, an interesting thing here would be to move either China or Mal to the end of the season to really see how well the cars would have improved over the season. They are also one of the most boring tracks to drive, to star...

Re: Some Realisations After Singapore Qualifying
2nd time in a row Alonso only does 1 run in Q3 and manages to screw it up. Last year Schumacher was very good at this in Q2, he does more runs in Q2 now so he doesn't leave it up to one lap which costs him a lot of Q3s last year. I don't get why Alonso keeps doing 1 run only. Surely being up 3+ plac...

Yeah watching some old races on youtube made me realise I miss the excitement that at every moment in the race there was such a big chance for your favourite , or hated driver, to blow up his engine. It was so scary to watch which made it all the more thrilling if your favourite won at the end. Me a...

I do hope they get excluded from the race then, or they will screw up a lot of frontrunners because of the lack of space to let someone pass. I also wonder if RB will use the blocking Torro Rosso's in full effect on sunday. On another note I am already bored after watching 5 rounds of Free Practice,...

Race 3 til 5 will be a real bore fest.
Picked the USA solely because of that first turn because it looks amazing as a first corner after the start. And of course Brazil, which is always a very nice race imo, especially now when it has a big chance to be the deciding race for the WDC.

One could argue Lotus was quicker. One could also argue that Lotus didn't win. Did you see Perez? He was on fire. That Sauber could easily be argued to be the quickest - to bad they ran out of time. If the race would have lasted another 10 laps, Hamilton etc would have just pitted again to get some...
