Ferrari probably still wouldn't win a race with that design, thus throwing a big hissy fit demanding that the all rules should be changed as its 'not fair' for them as other teams have an 'advantage'.

Rinse & Repeat.

Go back & watch 2002 & 2004.
Yes, the Schumi fans will love it but those two years are the most dullest races in history. Almost every race was like the Russian race this year, just static & a procession.

Re: Double points nightmare scenario could happen...

Imagine trying to introduce a rule that stipulates that if a driver has a DNF in the penultimate race of the season then that driver is automatically excluded from the final race.
That's basically what happens if a driver DNF's in Abu Dhabi with this stupid double points malarkey.

If people think sudden deceleration was the cause of the injury let's take into consideration David Purley who crashed during pre-qualifying at Silverstone when his throttle stuck open. Ferrari were found guilty of breaking the no team order rules and were fined €100000. They didn't appeal against it thus accepting guilt. Thus this brings me on to Lewis Hamilton and McLaren in Australia 2009, Lewis was told by the team to lie about what happened and was found out, he was then disqu...

Fair play to Alonso, he handled it well. Completely unfair to be put in that position because the team cheated & it should have been Domenicali or LdM answering those questions. (even though they lied through their teeth too)

I'm 100% sure that come the 1st race of 2015, Ferrari will have built Alonso a car that is capable of winning the WDC & WCC. Then the other teams will turn up & it will be back to the drawing board for the 2016 car.

I know this is yet another Alonso thread (sorry), but I thought it warranted its own poll. Most consider Alonso to be one of the best drivers on the grid, however, after this year it will be 8 years since his last WDC. One of, if not the main reason for not winning the WDC since 2010 is Ferrari. The...
