It was always wet. They never (or at least very rarely) activate DRS whilst everyone is on inters.
DRS was used in Turkey last year in far worse conditions.

Supposedly Alonso did lift off near the double yellow & picked speed only once he passed green flags again. Don't know why they've summoned him though.
The precedent set when it happened to Vettel in Bahrain was you abort the lap.

We need to see what the Stewards say.

Alonso under investigation for a yellow flag infringement
It's double yellow which is more serious. If he pulled out of his lap then he's safe but his last run he improved so it could be bad news?
Precedent was set with Vettel in Bahrain.

He will likely get a 5 place grid penalty.

I don't understand why Norris should get away with that given Tsunoda got 2 penalties for crossing the line in pit entry twice in a race earlier this year. Both were 5 second penalties. Even Hamilton got a 5 second penalty in in germany 2019 when I think it was the team giving a very confused the m...

So, no penalty for Norris for crossing the pit line twice! Just a slap on the wrist. The first one I would have let go as it was more a consequence of the weather, but to come back into the pits had to be a penalty surely. More inconsistency in the penalties. Let’s be honest Norris did the right th...

Yes an evasive move, but then he sees red and just goes for it. He was entitled to the space at that point. He had good reason to think he would be given it, although I have already agreed he should have bailed at that point to avoid Lewis' over-aggressive defending. Not according to the stewards. ...

Max opened the steering briefly as Lewis came across on him and still had his inside wheel on, not even over, the sausage kerb. There's still a chance either of them may take the engine penalty out here in Monza. https://www.gpblog.com/en/news/93652/hamil...
