In that budget. Does this account for the entry fee each team has too pay the fia each season. The champion team (merc) have to pay a premium which I believe is €50,000 per point scored the previous season with the rest of the grid paying €25,000 per point scored the previous season. I don't really see the point in qualifying. I mean qualifying is something you do when threre are more candidates than places on the grid. At present we are 6 cars short for a full grid, which means everybody qualifies. I remember the reason for bringing in "better" qualifying schemes; avoiding lon...

To me, Hamilton has got better with age. I am still confused why Kimi has not won a grand prix since his return to F1 :uhoh: ... It appears that Vettel does not like pressure compared to Hamilton, who thrives on it. :) Also, I've noticed that Hamilton's results get better in the 2nd half of the sea...

I think the last season that I really enjoyed was 2012 although this year so far and last year have been good to watch. All I can think is that if no good quality highlights are shown, it will simply reduce the viewership in the UK or make people find less reputable means of viewing. So all round not good for f1 in the UK.

2/3 for Fernando Yep. Yay, home and watching finally!

I don't mind looking at the scrolling positions bar, but I do wish (which I don't think I've ever seen in endurance racing) that they'd put on the side of the screen the current top 3 in each class. Would make it a lot easier to catch up on positions quickly.

To be honest, I don't know if there is a rule which specifically stops inter-team orders similar to the badly worded tram order rule which got abolished back in 2011(ish), but I'd assume if there isn't, there probably should be, otherwise it really will just be an engine manufacturers championship.

I think regardless of who Ocon was actually racing, he wouldn't have even needed to use defensive driving to keep Hamilton behind him and lost no race time himself. My gut instinct as to whether redbull will change to Honda is simply if they want to keep Ricciado or not.
