Re: RESPECT to Nco Rosberg!

Always felt that Rosberg was humble & honest. Had Rosberg won the championship, don't think Hamilton would've reciprocated the same way as he has a bigger ego than Rosberg. In that scenario, their friendship would've never come on track again. Rosberg was a thorough gentleman today & didn't deserve...

Re: The Official Lewis Hamilton thread

As much as I would love to take credit for the following, this wonderful post was made by Andrew M over on the JA F1 forums. I think many of you will very much enjoy these quotes :] “I think it is great for Perez, but a bad move for Hamilton.” “Lewis’ best days may well be behind him at 27 years of...

Re: The Official Lewis Hamilton thread

I think he'll be a better driver from here.
If he has a car to do so I'm confident he'll win 2 or 3 more WDC's from here and be considered the best WDC that Great Britain has ever produced.

Re: Abu Dhabi GP Qualifying and Race Thread

They both had 3 race ending issues HAM Aus, Can, Bel ROS Britain, Singapore, AD Lewis had the Quali issues on top It was evenish/slightly against Lewis. But the faster guy won. No debate there Rosberg finished AD So DNF's were 3-2 Hamilton That's ridiculously one sided. They both had issues to caus...

Re: The Official Lewis Hamilton thread

Season ending statistics. Getting a little greedy, but a little gutted with the Brazil spin that cost him a season ending 7 straight wins :o 11 wins to Nico's 5. 11 wins from 16 finishes. 11 wins from 14 finsihes (discounting qualifying DNFs resulting in P20 and P22 starts) 11 wins from 13 finishes...

It's a damn shame that reliability basically denied Nico the title. He has been incredible all year and would have made a great champion. Re: How does Lewis approach tomorrow's race?

Lewis needs to start believing the things he's saying.
His Q3 was all over the place but outwardly he is portraying a guy that's in control.
He needs to just realise that if he keeps everything under control the speed of the car will take care of everything else.

Does anyone think Rosberg should try and attempt the same tactics that Villeneuve used at Suzuka 97? At the beginning of that race he was doing much slower lap times to create a train in the hope that others would overtake Schumacher. Ferrari outsmarted him and in the end it didn't work out well fo...

100% agree with you there imbrugliaboy. As a driver with the advantage IT IS YOUR RIGHT to maintain the racing line and when you come into a fast series of corners and you have a serious contention on the inside you must brake as late or later in order to maintain the advantage. A DNF or any result where the double points doesn't come into play will result in Lewis just having to suck it up.
Any result where Rosberg is crowned only because of Double points will result in a meltdown amongst the F1 community and especially this forum.
