Re: Jenson Button's future
how good was Button in his rookie season? Mag did better this season than Button did in his 1st. If you want to compare them, compare them as rookies he didn't beat Ralf Schumacher and was replaced by the team mid-season :) nexy year at Benneton, he lost to his teamate. So how many seasons did it ta...

Re: Horner: Nothing will change in 2015
I agree that Red Bull pushed the boundaries during their years of dominance but it's still expected. F1 and FIA needed to catch them with the flexing wing but didn't. And I agree there was nothing underhanded with Mercedes, they put more money and manpower into it and did a better job, which is the ...

Re: How much did Ferrari help Alonso's Rep?
I haven't got any goggles on, what was the reason? Vettel cheating or Renault cheating? I guess Ferrari didn't put a foot wrong in the race? I would ask you to take your goggles off and look at this, you don't built your rep with actions like that, I'm sorry, but you just don't. Those are the action...

no one, that is why you cannot tell me that Button will perform better than Kmag next season, just like I can't tell you anything about next season and be 100% sure. Too bad we will (probably) never get another chance for Kmag and Button to go head to head next season.

Re: Horner: Nothing will change in 2015
Don't forget Red Bull were never faster in a straight line than McLaren, Ferrari, Mercedes and some others. They did brilliant engineering and aero work. I have heard Merc will be even faster next year and agree that the FIA will try and stop that. One team dominating in F1 is not interesting for a ...

Re: How much did Ferrari help Alonso's Rep?
Alonso's rep has been in steady decline in my eyes, ever since he couldn't overtake Petrov. Before that he was the guy finally beating Schumi, took 2 titles off him, was 'on the rise', but soon got the reputation that he is also somewhat of a crybaby, whiner, etc. The McLaren year proved that too be...

I don't want to see her in a Williams racing but the media is keeping such a focus on her, that I think they're trying to get women more into F1, it could be even Bernie's idea. She might even score a point, who knows? I'm not sexist either, and if it's time for women in F1 so be it, as long as they...

I can see that point, and I agree Button is a safer bet for consistency in points, but we cannot know how well KMag would do next season if he were given the chance....he might even beat Button, no one can say that he can't as we don't know what will happen in the future. no, I'm not basically saying anything, don't put words in my mouth.
This whole thing is out of control and every statement contradicts achievements of other drivers.
One driver wins because of the car, and other cause of his talent, and yet another because he 'peaked' that season.

Even though Hamilton did that, I don't see him as a cheat, but I know he isn't averse to something like that, just like all the other drivers and teams. Honda has a big say in this, and they have no beef with Alonso, in the end McLaren is a business and to pass on one of the greatest talents in F1, whilst having a mediocre lineup, would be ridiculous and no one would hear the end of it, especially as revenge over something that happened in the past.

Luweus Hammyltoun lied to the FIA investigation knowingly, may be that's not cheating but he was on that occasion a liar, lying about his teams advantage. I certainly wouldn't expect him to grass them out willingly.
But all the top drivers have been caught out in a lie here and there.

not after one season but whenever the domination of one team starts to put people off and even less new fans are recruited. if Alonso rates Button as much as he is rated on here, I'm sure he'd have some kind of clause making him number 1.
