Re: Red Bull Racing sack Christian Horner

Other than Horner not stepping aside when the scandal broke last year, which may have cost the team Newey and that would count as an enormous mistake , I don't really see what he has done recently which was wrong. Yes, the car has not performed, and ultimately that is his responsibility, but he doe...

Re: Red Bull Racing sack Christian Horner

Why did they have to fire him immediately. They did not even wait for the end of the year or Summer break. Anyways, Max is the most important asset of RBR, more important than people who make the car or the leadership. He is the only one that scores points for them. But I am not sure sacking Horner...

Newey gone, Horner gone - what about Marko?

Has Mekies the required quality? I am skeptical.
Looking at the state of the Little Bulls team since he's in charge, I'd say he seems to be competent enough.

Re: Thoughts on the Monaco 3 Tyres/2 Stops change

What did you all think? I was open to it going in and initial impressions were it could spice up the ususal procession. Things went downhill pretty quickly for me when it became clear how much teams were going to use the "backing up" tactic. As a fan of the sport for 30+ years I found this hard to ...

Re: The Official Liam Lawson Thread

Is it completely outside the realm of possibility that Max is transferred to the Racing Bull car if Lawson out performs Tsunoda? Or in this budget cap era, is the second Red Bull car just not the same as the first one? I suspect that there are sponsors on the Red Bull car that might become quite up...

All the best Yuki.
He already got the best : Being "promoted" from White Bull n°1 car to Red Bull n°2 car.
If it goes according the previous experiments attempted on the previous guinea pigs, it can only go worse from now on.

That's good news. Hopefully this is a step towards having a full grid again in a few years. Considering the size of the current (and next) cars, I'm not sure a 26 cars grid is desirable... I honestly doubt the size of the cars matters all that much, but a few more returns to normal would definitely...
