Re: Seb's reply to Fernando's mutterings
In the current field, top 3 drivers; Kimi Raikkonen, still super fast and could easily win WDC in Red Bull or McLaren or Ferrari. Fernando Alonso, very close to Kimi, almost similar level. Lewis Hamilton, better than Vettel for sure. Some of the forum may not agree. Vettel is behind these guys in my...

Re: Which are faster champ cars or f1
With a good gear ratio and a proper set up, F1 car could reach speeds over 450km/s or even 500km/s.
Bugatti Veyron is well down on F1, compared to power/weight ratio. Its capable of speeds around 430km/s.
If you do a special set-up, F1 car can easily beat Champ Car in oval.

In 2006 Schumacher was sacked by Ferrari bu not announced. I think it was a great revenge for Schumi.
He could finish at least 2 more years with Ferrari.

Re: TESTING BAN HIT FERRARI AFTER SCHUMACHER ERA
During Free Testing Era, Ferrari was very dominant. FIA changed lots of rules to make Ferrari uncompetitive. That's why Alonso can't win titles as easy Vettel does.

TESTING BAN HIT FERRARI AFTER SCHUMACHER ERA
Ferrari was great when testing was allowed. But in recent years, after MS era, Ferrari can't win titles. And, during testing era, we saw lots of comebacks from teams like Willams, Renault, Ferrari and McLaren in the season. Now without testing catch-up is a lot harder. F1 needs free testing all year...

I still can't believe why Mercedes keep Rosberg. He is slower than Schumacher. I guess they'll keep Slow and useless Rosberg as a stupid No:2 driver for Hamilton.

Ferrari or even RedBull.
Webber or Massa are two pathetic useless drivers. They don't deserve to drive.
If McLaren was a bit wiser, they could pick MS instead of Perez.

Re: Was coming back from retirement a good idea for Schumi?
Schumacher is still a great driver. He should have moved to Ferrari, Red Bull or McLaren.
Then we could see him winning races.
For next year, he still could replace some useless drivers;
Webber, Massa or he could go to McLaren and race with Button.

I would prefer Istanbul Park. Its a far more better circuit.
Singapore is not interesting. I think they pay lots of money. Bernie keep it in calendar for this reason.

Re: Lewis Hamilton 2013 Contract Thread.
Next year, we are probably going to see Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher racing for Mercedes. That's great line up. Considering Nico Rosberg's poor showings, its a wise decision. He was beaten head to head by MS. Considering the fact that, MS couldn't finish 5-6 races because of failures of the...

I'd prefer Michael Schumacher to boring young drivers like Petrov, Grosjean, Maldonado, Di Resta, Perez, Kovalainen etc.
He is a great character for F1. Hope he drives a better car next year. Maybe Ferrari.

Re: Would you like Schumacher to remain in F1 for one more y
He could stay for 3-4 more years. Bu if I were Schumacher, I would sign a contract with RedBull, Ferrari or McLaren. It looks like MS could replace Massa or Button next year. Massa is a useless driver and can't get any good results for more than 3-4 years. Button also can't perform this year. A part...

MS is definetely going to leave Stupid Useless Mercedes Team which cost him many points this year.
Maybe he could replace Slowpoke Massa in Ferrari or Mark Webber in Red Bull or maybe become Lewis Hamilton's team mate at McLaren.

Re: Time penalties or grid drops for quali?
I think Grid penalty must be given to a driver who makes a mistake in Qualy. If you make a mistake in a race, some other penalty has to be given. Maybe a fine or added time or deleting 1-2 points etc. If you make a mistake in one race, it shouldn't affect your next race. Next race penalties are mean...

Re: Tires too demagable / delicate?
F1 drivers needs to have some freedom and not to think about tyres. They could have the possibility to push all the limits of the car.
Maybe a tyre competition is a necessity. I would like to see 3-4 brands in the races, Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Yokohama etc.

WHY MERCEDES EATS TYRES?
What's the reason for that?
Is the engine revving more and making tyres hotter than rest of the field?
Does the car have more rear downforce and rear tyres get more pressure for that reason?
Torque of the Mercedes engine puts tyres heavier loads?
Or any other tangible reasons?
