Re: Van der Garde vs Sauber

Perma. I see what your saying but I feel its really is not that simple. What is clear to the Judge is that Sauber has been trying to stall the process. The vdG camp are simply taking the required action needed to ensure Sauber can no longer do this without consequence. It means if come tomorrow 10:3...

Re: Alonso crash/missing Melbourne [MERGED]

Sorry if this has already been posted but I thought DC made an interesting point, http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/31768613 I wonder if Fernando has fallen out with his new team already... Loses his drive at Ferrari, has nowhere else to go to than McLaren with whom he already has history, find...

Re: Teams Possibly boycotting Melbourne GP

I wonder how they think Alonso managed to brake hard while unconscious? I guess because its a fact the body can spasm during an electric shock. He applied 75kg of pressure to the brake pedal for a sustained period of time. Im not sure how they would get that reading but anyway once your body is in ...

Re: Alonso will not race in Australlia

I think what the problem is here is the fact that he lost consciousness and they have no medical reason why that is.

But it all comes back to the same thing doesn't it.... Everything is not ok with Fernando presently despite all the remarks saying that he is.

I think the FIA will be more interested in how such forces could have been transferred to the driver with the car taking hardly none if what macca say is true. To get that answer they will need to look over everything meaning they will see in the process if Macca have been totally forthcoming with t...

What I will say McLaren/Honda have gained from this situation is that everyone is wondering about what has happened to Alonso rather than headlines on just how bad the situation is now for McLaren/Honda. Will they even be able to actually finish the Austrailian GP, even in last place? That's another...

I guess the main question mark is everything McLaren have said thus far and in the wording they have used has played down the situation. You can't rule out McLaren have told Alonso to say that he does not remember the crash. If you look at the marca pictures it kind of indicates no real crash at all, the only damage seems to be the front wing that probably damaged on the grass and not the wall. there is no way only the wing damage goes with a g-force disk trigger. Hamilton 1:24.9 on Mediums? Yep, on a 3 lap run. Yesterday Kimi did 1:25.1 on mediums. Hopefully it will be that close in the season, but i doubt it. :D That's right but I think kimi did more than 4 laps when he set his time, I think he was on lap 5 when the red flag came out in yesturdays session.

The Ferrari is looking very good. Kimis time was on the medium and was not a pure glory run. Others at the time on mediums were around 1.5 slower. So it begs the question if kimi would have gone 1.5 faster than his time on the softs, in fact I don't think he used the softs at all today. Either way K...
