Yes Frentzen came to mind for me too. Had the best car and was totally outperformed by JV. Reason why I cant put JV's WDC to chance only. There were some awesome drives from JV in that season.

FA could be waiting to announce where he is going because there is still a small chance of a Merc drive next year if Lewis is offered something he cant refuse to go elsewhere(McLaren) or if the FIA announce 3 car teams next year.
