Re: Driver scouting - how does it work in racing?
Karting is where they scout for future drivers and then slower single seater classes. Doesnt fit your scenario but yeah.

Re: Malaysian GP qualy thread..
Nico was really quick in the dry and Lewis was a nice couple of tenths back. If it is dry tomorrow, I think Nico will have the slight hand and vice versa if it is wet. Lewis was darn quick in the wet during the session. Wasnt it the reverse in AUS lol. Lets hope rosberg and hamilton can get good po...

Re: Malaysian GP qualy thread..
Hamilton destroys Rosberg again.. By your logic, Massa destroys Alonso again. Silly. It took a wet/dry track to get near Rosberg. In the dry Lewis even knew he was second to his teammate (shame some of his fans can't admit that) You are rather silly to believe that the top drivers go as fastest as ...

Re: Malaysian GP qualy thread..
Bianchi strikes me as a driver who can outperform his car like alonso hamilton. This is the Matin Brundle syndrome. You can't out perform the car. No one can. You can only get the best out of it. Right because you a man or woman on a f1 forum who has no aforementioned experience in motorsport would...

Spoilt kid Karting mentality. Is what it comes down to. Fathers tell there sons their the best and they can do no wrong and you often see some of them throw tantrums because the club karter kid is faster than them (but hasnt the funds to go pro) and this bad behaviour stays with them throughout their...

Di Resta can moan and groan all he wants. However if he does not beat or come close to sutil he could be out of FI with JULES BIANCHI!!!! taking his seat and then di resta can go to marussia and moan with pay boy chilton.

Re: Will McLaren become the next Williams?
You know I was thinking the other day what year was the Mclaren F1 launched and what year was the last time they won the WCC. Turns out they won it the year before production of the F1 started and 6 years after that they won it and none since. Is it fair to say that there off track business ventures...

I don't even want to argue its just that button makes a lot of bold statements which make him look silly. His body language and what he says is very negative about the car. I was watching an interview on the bbc website with suzi perry and JB and he looked severly downcast from what we are usually u...

Re: Button and his big mouth..
Do we really need this topic? I'm sick of the Button hate. Yeah, he thought the car was good on January 31st, but he had not driven it on a track yet, so what? You only know how good a F1 car is until you race it... You don't even have an idea on the first qualy day (look at what happened with the ...
