The only point that I feel is relevant, is that F1 is not what it used to be and it needs to do something, or it will die a slow death. imo

I can motivate myself because I've had to give up Karate, badminton and running because of my knees. The bike is the only reliable form of exercise that I get, which gives me zero pain.

After todays news about the tragedy involving the German Wings flight. I think this question that I posed and posted a long time (May 16 2013) ago has changed my perspective.

RIP to all concerned.

Re: Official Cycling Thread

I have removed my front derailleur and now run a 32t chain ring and 10 speed cassette. Less weight, clutter, and mechanicals and I'm getting stronger and fitter as a by product. Easier to keep clean too. If I need the Granny Ring it isn't there but I push harder or get off and push. It's weird to so...

Clarkson is like alcohol.

It's great, up to a point, then to makes you feel nauseous. Then the next day you get over it and want to do it all over again.

Just drop the racism and the lies (number plate) and I'll forgive him. :-P

What annoyed me most was a comment about a bridge they had to cross. Why can't they leave things alone rather than stir things up.? Yep, its all getting a bit tedious and insensitive now. I actually fast forwarded a bit of it. As much as we look forward to the humour, i didn't get a buzz from the c...

You can split hairs and blame western policies and decade old wars etc but we are where we are.............. Apologies for only picking up on one sentence in your reply but saying that the current situation is to do with politics and not an "us vs. them" clash of cultures isn't splitting hairs. The...

We are all rational people here..............So There is a group of people who live amongst us and overseas, who reject the rules that we live by. Re: Is Radical Islam Going to Cause WW3?

WW3 presented itself to the world with 9/11. An ideology war. A new type of war with no end, as it has no borders. Lets be honest, the extremists would use a nuclear bomb if they had one. Am I wrong? Tolerance, in the extremist sense, has changed definition and become a stealth weapon that gives ext...
