Now You See Me
Not a bad movie, but its quite flawed I must say. I mean, it's either all magic tricks or all fantasy; you can't have it both ways. And the way the plot gets twisted at the end makes it even worse. It makes you feel that the whole movie was pointless.

Ok I'll be that guy, can someone explain how a reliance on aero causes rain to be more dangerous? To me it seems it would be the other way around. If you have 2 cars, one of which is massively developed in the aero department and one which is far simpler in aero demands (like the older generations ...

As much as I like Kimi and hold him in high regard, I don't think he would be able to beat Vettel. I doubt he would be slaughtered but he would be firmly second. Even Alonso and Hamilton, I believe, would struggle to beat Vettel at RB. I don't like the guy, but it's getting harder and harder to den...

Re: Vettel and Alonso on wikipedia records...
Alonso wins most of the stock/cumulative statistics. It's only logical because he's been in F1 for a longer time.
Vettel is clearly more successful, but as others have said, it does not necessarily mean he's the better driver. That is subjective to eternal debates.

Even more entertaining would be giving him Pirelli shoes that degrade at 50 meters and delaminate at 90, how would he tackle the last 10? Would he win? Yes, No? He'd make them last all the distance and win. Then after the race we learn that he's ran a 1000km with them before without anyone's knowle...

"Does watching motorsport make you a better driver?" Well it depends on your definition of 'better driver'. If by that you mean a more sensible, law-abiding driver that goes by all the rules of the road, then definitely not. If by better driver you mean someone who's more aware of his surroundings, ...

Bahrain is not bad as a track, but it's a dull spectacle that's certainly not fit for a season-opener.
IMO just have two races every two weeks for the whole year, making time for the summer break of course, and see how many races can fit in that way...

Voted yes for the funsies. Glad to see the majority here agree that the race was a total joke. What we witnessed was either a train of cars following each other, a safety car period, or some pathetic attempt of an overtake gone wrong.
It was a story of slowing them down and let them follow you. Absolute joke!

The good old argument that if you can't prove it, then it doesn't exist.
Can anyone prove that humans descended from monkeys? No one has ever seen it happen, thus its all theoretical.
You can only see God when you want to see God. It's call FAITH.

It's not really car design. Just tell a mechanic to lower the ride height of any F1 car, and combined with the downforce effect, you get sparks flying all over the place. As far as I can remember, it is against the rules to lower the ride height to that extent. Pretty sure if the Lotus was scraping ...
