Re: Stirling Moss says Women lack the mental skill for F1
Stirling is talking rubbish, I say make all 22 F1 drivers women. How would an all female Grand Prix go ?? .. Disclaimer .. In case you don't grasp right away .. it its just a bit of fun. At the start we will have a slow getaway as they all politely wait for the one in front to pull away, politely th...

For all of those suggesting that women in the military do the same as the men, sorry but they simply do not. Their physical fitness standards are far below what the men are required to achieve during selection, training and the yearly standards that must be met. I would say that depends on who's mi...

Re: Does Button MAXIMIZING the potential of the Mclaren?
Just love how a discussion on whether Jenson is getting the maximum out of the 2013 car, which he clearly is doing, degenerates into the inevitable "Lewis was better" drivel. Just in case people haven't noticed 2010, 2011, 2012 are history and those results are what defines them. Get over it, please...

Re: Does Button MAXIMIZING the potential of the Mclaren?
It depends on how you look at the question. If it's about whether Button makes the McLaren go as fast as it is capable of then I would say that's unlikely because IMO Button has never been a driver who drives the wheels off a car (so to speak). However if it's about whether Button is maximising the...

The main thing for me is .. WHY would you respect him ?? For the team he has put together I would say yes. For the way he handled a lot of incidents such as Turkey 2010 and Malaysia 2013 then no. He does not seem to have the authority that his positions demands. Its pretty clear his authority relies...

Here we go again..... already *sigh* I think everyone accepts that Button is not the best driver in F1. But he is still a very, very good driver. He may not be able to adapt to a car as much a few others can. But when the car is right, he is on par with the best. why all the bashing? We will contin...

Street Parking. The good thing about Ferrari it's that they are fighting for the drivers title till the end in a lot of years. It's not just a simple they won 1 title in 8 years. The fact that Mclaren lost the best 2 drivers of this generation, tells you everything you need to know about the company. Yes. They are...

Sixwheeler, Webber has done the same thing as Vettel before. At Silverstone 2011. Both drivers were under TOs to stay in position (2-3) but Webber ignored it and kept hounding Vettel, he tried to overtake but Seb defended it well enough. Simple as that. So Horner is right there, Webber would do the...

I heard Seb was employed to develop a new parking system called the "Vettel" The parking sensors detect when you are entering a car park. It doesn't just find you a space, it finds you a space that someone else is already lined up on. Then it takes control of the car and nips in front of the unsuspe...

Have seen a lot of drivers wearing Oakley's but I buy Randolph's myself. Not a cliche like Ray Ban aviators and better quality than Oakley's. Cheaper too. If they are good enough for genuine fighter pilots and astronauts then they are good enough for me.

Thought this was hilarious. The fact he didn't says it all for me about who has the power at Red Bull. I can appreciate he was in a difficult position but as the team boss he made a decision about the two cars holding station. As a formula one fan I would have admired Vettet if he had said on the radio "Listen, I am quicker than him so tell him to either speed up or get out of my way because if not I am coming through", I watch the sport to see the quickest drivers in the quickest cars.
