For me, there are a few - Damon winning the championship. Damon in an Arrows (an Arrows!!!!!) overtaking Schumi in Hungary and damn near winning the race too. Damon's win at Spa. Jenson in Canada '11 - probably my top race ever to watch. But best moment of all for me was in Brazil '09 when JB got pa...

As a MacLaren fan I hope Honda have got it right.

As a pragmatist I fear they haven't. It is a long time since Honda last excelled as an engine builder in F1.

Sadly I fear the team will be woefully off the pace come Australia.

Odd that Santander have no logos on the car or the team clothing at the moment (or if they do they are very small). On McLaren's website they are still shown as a partner and on Santander's Facebook page Jenson is still there alongside Jess Ennis and Rory McAlroy. Now - given that Santander is a Spa...

I'm a McLaren supporter and, in the minority, always thought Martin W was doing a good job in difficult circumstances. You've got to love the armchair "experts" who berate the teams with their own tactical and engineering "expertise", folk who at best have possibly wandered down a pit lane on a tour. Honda could just build a car to the current F1 spec and drive that around as much as they like. I think the more salient point is that, given how much the new energy recovery systems are available per lap, any car that suffers a full failure is going to be so off the pace it will effectively be out of the race in any event, so the amount of fuel is pretty much irrelevant.
