Re: Official Sebastian Vettel thread

Always liked Vettel but acting like a 2 year old on the team radio each week makes him look classless To be fair, he has had to make the call on strategy on a number of occasions (overruling the team on when to pit) over the last two or three years. With recent goings-on in mind I can quite appreci...

Interestingly, I think Bottas' fastest lap (by about a tenth?) denied Hamilton a rare Grand Slam.
They were after Ricciardo record lap. I would have enjoyed for them to try to get Max, but guess those types of records are more important.

So, who would like to explain why Hulk was pitted again? I notice that Stroll finished one position ahead. Hulk had a vibration and apparently wouldn't have made it to the end. The Albon / Hamilton incident highlighted typical Brundle. He instantly claimed Albon needed to be patient and had wasted a chance, before then realising that Albon had passed. Brundle offers some brilliant insights in to the sport, but I often find him making huge claims before really looking at t...

Harsh penalty for Hamilton I thought, not Albon's fault but I thought it seemed clear from the onboard that Hamilton understeered wide and couldn't really have done much else. Racing incident IMO. There is a pedal on the left foot that when pressed slows the car down, is also has an effect on weigh...

Reading the last couple of posts, it seems that the FIA have really dug themselves into a hole on this one after the Monza incident between Hamilton and LeClerc. I do not think that comparing drivers to their team mates even if they are driving the same car will return a definite result as to who is better than who.
