F2: IMO, Camara and Tsolov are the two best drivers this season, the only ones who are consistently fast. I am unconvinced by the penalty for Tsolov. The others are either fast but inconsistent (Dunne, Stenshorne, ...) or not as fast but lucky (Minì). F3: IMO, not a very strong field overall. Ugoch...

Yes the start is also important, Russell needs Antonelli to get bogged down otherwise I think he might have an either problem than Canada because of the tyre deg.
