No it doesn't. It doesn't need to be black and white. I don't know why you find it so hard to understand that a preference for quite difficult overtaking doesn't equal a preference for no overtaking. It seems like you're pretty desperate to frame it as that to give yourself something to argue again...

Well it was the track that was the easiest to pass on, passing deltas on some other tracks is still quite high so he just needs to be able to run in front of him, qualifying ahead could be a starting point.

There is quite literally no one on this forum who has ever advocated not wanting to see drivers overtaking. Making stuff up seems to be the modus operandi again. It's basically true this wanting to see moderate overtaking like an isolated thing of beauty, a member didn't care for the race too much ...
