Oscar. He has the measure of Norris now.
Lewis is on the decline. Leclerc is whooping him exactly how I thought he would.

Perez has mentally checked out after signing his contract extension and only being told that it is a 1 year deal with an option for year 2. Russell seems to have the measure of Lewis now. I'm not sure if its genuine pace or because he is buoyed by the confidence boost that the political atmosphere i...

Perez has faded big time in the last 4 races. Can barely score a point.
Good thing he started bright early this season and secured another contract with RBR. If I was RBR management I would have waited for further options.

Stroll, Bottas, Ricciardo, Perez, Zhou, Sargeant, Alonso Alonso is still an elite driver. I suspect we will see him back to his best at Canada. The last two races had mitigating factors which really dampened the results. The rest I agree with it. Add Mangnussen too. He has to go. A clear menace. I'...

I rate him higher than Leclerc personally, even though he doesn't have the same ultimate speed as Charles.
I rate his mental strength and resilience and think he would fare well against Verstappen compared to the way Perez has been beaten like a drum by him.

I guess it is all down to 2026 rules but Lewis will be an old man at 41 by then. Maybe 2025 to settle in, before an assault on 2026? I would back Leclerc to beat him. Shock move. Probably fuelled by ego and Ferrari waving a huge amount of money in front of him. Perhaps there is some political trouble with the top brass and Toto too and Lewis didn't feel that Mercedes would get ontop of their troubles and best these regulations. This will give George some confiden...

So Verstappen became unstoppable when the team mate that was regularly his equal left the team... what a coincidence. Re: Has any team ever fallen harder than Aston??
I don't know if Aston Martin brought any updates recently? To me it looks like the team abandoned this year's car early and put all its eggs into next year's car. Given that money does not appear to be an objection, a lower finishing position in the WCC also yields more wind tunnel time next year. ...

My 2 cents They found a loophole in the rules and used it to excellent effect in the hands of Alonso for the first 8 or so races. Then a new technical directive came and took away their advantage and they tumbling backwards Dan Fallows doesn't look like such a genius anymore. The rest of the team al...

Shame Alonso retired with a broken floor
On the upside, the new package seems to work as Stroll was close to Alonso all race even though Alonso was on the old aero package.
A good test session and hopefully they got some data to analyse.
A shame they're going to finish 5th in the WCC though.
