Re: 2017 Italian Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Threa

Incredible lap by Stroll, just said he has never driven a Formula one car in the wet before.. amazing. Also shows how poor Massa really has been his entire career in the wet. Yep, I also think it's a combination that Williams are good here but Massa, as usual, is one of the worst wet drivers in F1....

Re: 2017 Italian Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Threa

When it rains there's Lewis Hamilton and there's all the rest Some job by Lance Stroll. I thought Ocon was going to be the star performer but his thunder was stolen Stolen? Man both were phenomenal and they looked great in the wet. I'm very impressed by their growth and both deserve a ton of credit.

Re: Alonso not ruling out Williams

Would be a terrible move in my opinion. Williams seem to be in a downward spiral. If Mercedes, Ferrari or Red Bull aren't an option then I think he's best off staying put at McLaren. Yes, but Williams have Paddy Lowe since the start of this season. https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/115310/lowe-ive-...

Re: Damon Hill - Better than his reputation?

I just wonder what could have been if Damon started F1 at a younger age for instance at the age of 23 and not 33. Yes, he may not have had the greatest competition in terms of teammates head to head wise, but considering 21 wins in a three year span? That was and is phenomenal even to this day betwe...

Well done to Nico! Sometimes average driving, superb car, and a lot of luck can bring you the title. Unfortunately for him, it won't happen again. Just a simple "Congrats Nico." would have been great. The amount of disdain towards Nico is astounding, but I'm not surprised in the slightest. A big co...

Re: Silly Season 2017

I think Renault should be applauded for keeping Palmer. I think he will be a solid mid-field runner and will give Nico some headaches next year. The young man is no pushover, I like his fight and desire to get better and he has. Continuity is also important going into a new technical rules next year...

Re: Felipe Massa to retire from F1 after 2016

When I see people trying to defend Massa, all I really see are excuses to be honest. 2010 is a classic example. Alonso had already comfortably outperformed Massa, which is why Felipe was asked to move over. Alonso went to Ferrari and grabbed them by the balls. It may not be nice but it's what champ...
