  i would love to see Hulk with a podium at Silverstone. At the very least I would like to see Nico give Max some serious competition for the last place on the podium. Me too. Verstappen and Leclerc for me. Max is really driving at an amazing level every weekend and Leclerc is so often putting that Ferrari where it doesn't belong. Honorable mentions to Albon. He is pretty dynamic in the races, but his qualifying performances are pretty dreadful. Hulk should have beaten St...

Re: 2020 70th Anniversary Grand Prix Practice & Qualifying Thread

Stroll is a such a waste of seat... If you are basing that on this qualifying, then you should say the same for Perez a couple of times this year where Stroll clearly was better than him in qualifying. Stroll is there for a reason and although I think he was poor this time out, He really isn't as b...

He’s always been a very good qualifier. He beat Checo, never looked far from ricciardo as teammates. The guy deserves to be on the grid.

Re: Murray Walker Puts Neck out there: HAM v SCH v SEN

The only time I ever felt that Hamilton was unsportsmanlike was in that 2016 Abu Dhabi race when he was holding up Rosberg so that others would pass him. It didn't sit well with me, even though I'm a fan. There was very little chance that Rosberg would let Max or Vettel or anybody pass him anyway as...

Re: Is Mercedes unbeatable?

Well Merc will have to give up the DAS system for 2021 so there is that. I don't know if Honda can step up and help RBR with more ponies. Imo the problem isn't that Honda or anyone else (well except the 2020 Ferrari maybe) is lacking ponies to compete with them. They do a great job all around; chas...

Every track will be a blood bath. The Redbull ring is one of Redbulls best track and they could only get within 8 tenths. Merc might run the tables this year barring reliability issues. Unbelievable.

Depending on how quickly Hulk can get up to speed he might finally end his podium less streak here. That would be amazing. Definitely the best car he's ever driven. I think Verstappen will be the toughest hurdle though. Should be very interesting to follow.

Shake of the head from Verstappen. This Mercedes dominance is shocking - Mercedes deserve all the credit but 2022 can't come soon enough. I'm surprised at the lack of pace from Redbull. Can't blame the engine on this track. The car is pretty rubbish by their standards. I think they are inept quite frankly. If it wasn't for the Ferrari help they're getting with their car they would be reminiscent of the Manors, Caterhams of the past. They do not know what they are doing. The drivers are the least of their worries imo.
