Re: Alonso and Vettel
Considering how dissapointing Alonso’s career has been after his first renault stint I suspect he has a list of grudges a lot longer than just Vettel.

Re: Vettel Luckiest Driver?
I can't believe the incredible luck this guy has had. His championship should have been over in Abu Dhabi after starting in the pit lane but miraculous timing of safety cars and people letting him through get him well into the points. Then comes Brazil, 2nd corner. He causes an accident, despite va...

Re: Watching the press conference...
The question is irelevant as no matter what Webber does in the race , he knows he is at the mercy of the team to help Vettel win. A bad clutch or KERS problem or a box lap , bad pit stop strategy etc will get Vettel in front of Webber in no time flat . Webber is probbaly annoyed about this already ...

Re: So.. has Massa FINALLY recovered from his accident?
I have long suspected that all is not always at it seems regards respective driver performances at Ferrari, especially since the changes in testing restrictions.
Ferrari had clearly defined driver roles in schumi's days and i have seen nothing to suggest that this has changed.

Re: The myth of the super fast Red Bull
Vettel has a habit of making cars look far more dominating than they really are, such is his ability to control a race. I think this ability is most strongly visible in the excuses/conspiracy theories that emerge whenever redbull is on song at a particular venue and webber is entirely unable to matc...

Re: Your top 5 drivers of 2012?
1. Raikkonen - If the guy had been in a McLaren, Ferrari or Redbull he would have won the championship. Such was his poise, consistency and decision making throughout the year. No rust from his layoff then, straight back into it. 2. Alonso - Whilst i will be cheering for vettel during the race, in ...

MM mature? i'm 38 years old Then act your age. If you're really 38, you should have learned by now to discuss properly instead of foul-mouthing. let us know when you managed to drag yourself away from Vettels nuts and look and the whole picture. What whole picture? For me, the top two qualifiers to...

Re: Is Alonso feeling the pressure
The biggest problem I have with Fernando is that he's a hypocrite - back in 2006 saying a championship with Ferrari doesn't mean anything, he's been saying all season that it's all about Newey and not Vettel, but if Alonso was told Newey was moving to Ferrari in 2013, I'd imagine he'd be over joyed...

Re: mclaren break down again
Mclaren are in a decline similar to William. They have a great heritage , but when you look at the facts , in the last 20 years only two men have become champions with them. This season has been littered with errors and I think Lewis is getting out at the right time . As opposed to Mercedes who are...

Re: Is redbull getting constructors championship Wrong?
Isn’t it about definition? Red Bull have pushed the boundaries and are always looking for interpretation of the rules, whenever they put something new on the car the typical accusation is that it goes against the spirit of the rules, rather than rule breaking or cheating. maybe thats what happens w...

Re: Star of Quali
I guess people didnt watch the onboards Hamilton missed many apex's and had 2 lockups, Vettel had almost a perfect lap (1 small lockup but nailed the apex's). Vettel had a much better and cleaner lap. All the stuff about the Macca being slower than the RBR is BS, watch the onboard laps and see LH c...

The problem with lewis is he has delusions of grandeur, always has. He is not particularly mature and It has been quite clear from day one that he considers himself different from every other driver on the grid and that he has a god given right to win. I think he probably genuinely thinks he will he...

And here is me thinking that the redbull hasnt been a dominant car this year. And looks to me like vettel is leading the championship. 63 points ahead of mark webber too. Of course though that only matters to those of us who remember him being the man regarded as being at least one of the very best ...

It seems that after every single race where vettel has impressive overtaking maneuvers this is brought up like people are still suprised, it happened throughout last year but we are still carrying it into 2012. To be honest vettels reputation came from one or two incidents and was always miles off t...

Re: Swap Mclaren and Redbull
I wouldn't even say that McLaren is the real pace leader, Jenson was down in 11th not because of the team stuffing up but because of him lacking pace. That means there was 10 drivers from numerous teams faster than him. To be fair i think its pretty clear that in normal conditions the McLaren is th...

Re: Hamilton stopping on the track - Excluded from qualifyin
Terrible result as hamilton obviously deserves to be on pole, however the rule seems quite clear and McLaren gained an unfair advantage as a result regardless of circumstances. I understand any anger but there is no blaming hamilton (obviously) nor the stewards in this case, only McLaren.

Crazy.
The biggest (non)secret about redbull over the last year or so is that vettel, like webber, has had a ton of issues with KERS and that is a weakness of the redbull. Vettel however gets the job done and thus has no need for mention of excuses.

Great result as far as where the cars stand pace-wise as far as im concerned and points to what will hopefully be an exciting season. Redbull and McLaren are very similar, with mclaren holding an edge, at least in qualifying trim, in australia. This excites me personally as we will finally see an en...

I knew he had it, yet again the JB critics have been silenced. If Mclaren are the car to beat it will be a close fight betw...
