Re: Will Alonso and Bottas make it to the next race?
Susie Wolff ain't ever racing for Williams. Claire Williams said yesterday that Wolff is just their test driver, not a reserve driver. She isn't even on their list of drivers to race for them in the event of one of their main drivers not being able to. It won't be Alex Lynn either because he is unb...

Re: Will Alonso and Bottas make it to the next race?
I think after everything it would be put Williams in bad light if they didn't give susie the chance. Yes technically she isn't a reserve driver she's a test driver but she's not doing it for fun. She wants to race and should be given the chance. Is mag a reserve driver or test driver. Unless they t...

Re: Alonso crash/missing Melbourne [MERGED]
Why on Earth is Ron Dennis worrying about engine penalties when they are qualifying last anyway ?! Burn through them and sort out the problems quickly. He has lost the plot when he was comparing himself to Red Bull who currently qualify in the top ten and should care about grid penalties. Well he s...

Re: Alonso crash/missing Melbourne [MERGED]
just read on another site that Alonso has said that he is working as hard as possible to be fit for Malaysia, I read that as meaning that he may well miss that race as well. Does that mean that he's out of observation and working on physical and mental agility (I.e. back to usual training regime), ...

Flavio gives his tuppence worth. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/31806850 There's that 'strange' word again. It won't go away, even from those who are close to him. And he's not exactly complimentary about Mclaren either. Thanks for that as it confirms it was a normal accident but he hit the ...

We're doing a Barcelona/ Monaco double this year. Tribune K tickets are booked for Monaco. Very excited about that. We'll probably choose GA for Catalunya. We're not being told it's A or B. We're being told he's got concussion and with doctors advice it isn't worth risking making that worse. They've told you he's had concussion. If you have concussion you aren't fine in terms of going racing in a couple of weeks. It like with the Ireland international...

Re: Massa comments on Fernando, Kimi, Vettel
In F1 when it comes to drivers emotion tends to overtake logic even by the bosses themselves. The only area I can see Raikkonen doing better next year is having a different benchmark which will be an illusion more than anything else. Lets be clear Raikkonen did not always perform to his potential i...

I can't volunteer any theories with any degree of knowledge, but it does make me wonder why McLaren's explanation doesn't quite match what the 2 different people who were there saw, the photographer and Vettel. Re: Alonso Barca testing crash/illness.
At the moment I am more of the opinion that Alonso was trying to park the car. There are eye witnesses that say this including Vettel. It is impossible to rule out that Alonso was simply trying to park a broken car and that resulted in light contact to the wall. I don't think McLaren have even yet ...

After seeing the interviews it's fairly clear it was just the wind unsettling the car as many drivers complained about it and especially at that corner and C Saints had the same crash at the same spot because of it and went to the medical centre.

I higly doubt Ferrari will get good results even in 2016... because of so many personnel changes and replacements within the team.
