Re: Driver of the season
Alonso by a mile. Despite being in a car well under paced compared to his rivals he was always there with them. His car was shockingly bad at qualifying consistently putting him well done the starting order and yet he always every start he did he gained places off the line and held on well to lose b...

Re: Vettel Luckiest Driver?
And Webber never did as he was told? Only when he really, really has to. You aren't going to argue that Massa is far more of an obedient driver than Webber, right? I mean, Massa gets grid penalties just for the sake of moving Alonso one place up, and is never ever allowed to stay in front of Alonso...

Re: Re-Assistance of Vettel to Championship
Schumacher's actions today reflect badly on him. His last race he should have been fighting, racing not slowing down to a crawl and then pulling over to let his fellow German past. You do realise Vettel was 2 seconds faster than Schumacher at that point, right? He had nothing on Vettel, so why wast...

Re: Re-Assistance of Vettel to Championship
Oh come on. Why always focus on the easy passes? After facing the wrong way, he had an absolutely flawless race where a lot of things went wrong for him. - no radio - pit stop with wrong tyres - pit stop with right tyres but took very, very long - Hamilton crashing out in front - Hulkenberg crashin...

Hulkenberg also lost out from his accident. He shouldn't be penalized either then?FormulaFun wrote:come on, theres no way Vettel's was a penalty, especially since it had done enough damage to his race as it was, it was also at the start of the race when it is really difficult to know where everyone is

Re: Vettel's Accident vs Hulkenburgs
I didn't understand why Hulkenberg got a penalty for the Hamilton collision, as he didn't outbrake himself, just lost the back on the wet tarmac. Clumsy, but not malicious, and if he'd been sliding through T1 backwards having lost grip earlier, and T-Boned Hamilton, he wouldn't have got a penalty. ...

Re: Re-Assistance of Vettel to Championship
I have not seen any discussion about all the help Vettel got from other team members and others in gaining his 6th place finish to win the championship. First Mar let him through, then Toro Rosso team driver offered no resistance and his buddy , idiot, highly overated Schumacher moved over to let h...

Re: <Sigh> Toro Rosso AGAIN
To be honest I feel it detracts from the sport and the spectacle. What's to stop some other rich corporation buying into the sport like Red Bull has and buying up 6 teams and doing the same thing. The FIA need to clamp down on this because its not much better then cheating. I don't have a problem wi...

Vettel's Accident vs Hulkenburgs
I've replayed the footage of both accidents several times over and I'm not still not seeing why the creator of one the accidents received a penalty and the other one didn't. In both incidences their car hit someone else forcing them to retire while they continued on. In the case of Hulkenberg when h...

A fan who just don't understand the meaning of loses, showing how u loves a certain driver more than u love the sport. Silly. I've been following Ferrari since 1995. I don't care much for the drivers for me its the team Ferrari that matters. I'm proud we got 2nd today in the constructors just a sha...

Re: Vettel Luckiest Driver?
Really? What about Valencia? What about Monza? The only person lucky is Alonso. Hulkenberg and Hamilton crashed ahead of him, he was fourth and regardless of what happened to Vettel, Alonso would be the loser, which he is now. I'm talking incidents directly involving either Alonso or Vettel not oth...

Re: So Grosjean cost Alonso the title?
Grosjean's little destruction derby @ Spa cost Alonso the title? Him and Kimi. Take your pick. Vettel owes them a big favour for costing Alonso around 35 points, gifting him back into the championship. Schumi and friends (Toro Rosso) came into play in Brazil. One just Vettel past while the others d...

Re: this is NOT over yet. ferrari put in a protest.
On another note Vettels first lap incident with Senna seems to be Vettels fault, and it went unpunished and even uninvestigated (publicly) as first lap incidents tend to be given a lot more leeway (as seen by Hulk getting a penalty later in the race) why was Grosjean punsihed in Spa ? Please! You c...

Yeah, that left a bad taste in my mouth. It doesn't erase his titles with Ferrari from my memory, but that was really not cool. Teammates is one thing, letting through someone on a different team because he's your countryman is another altogether. He shouldn't have come back. I've lost a lot of res...

Vettel Luckiest Driver?
I can't believe the incredible luck this guy has had. His championship should have been over in Abu Dhabi after starting in the pit lane but miraculous timing of safety cars and people letting him through get him well into the points. Then comes Brazil, 2nd corner. He causes an accident, despite var...

Jeson drives for the same team that stole Ferrari blue prints and planted a spy in the Ferrari garage. I have no doubt they would sink to the lowest depths imaginable if the time comes again. History has proven this.

I am surprised Eccelstone has banned helmet advertising, would have thought he'd be a big fan so long as he much a few bucks out of it.

If he wins it this year it will be down to Alonso's unfortunate luck being knocked out in two races in a row by another driver.

Montezemolo should share some kind words with his employee of the month and remind him who he is driving for. I find his comments unacceptable.
