Have you been living under a rock?? The FIA threw the regs along with spitting on the record books out the window last year by awarding points without even having a race.

Re: 2022 Japanese Grand Prix Race Thread
I wonder what Damon Hill might say about all this whining about the rain, when the" man" himself picks out as his greatest drive being the race at Suzuka in 1994 which was held on the rain. As to Gasly's indignant behavior, what kind of driver that has already collected an errant barrier then drives...

Re: Dish legit just dropped ESPN and every Disney Channel at 3 am
If you live in the USA, watching on F1 TV is a no-brainer IMO. You can watch whenever you want without worrying about recordings, and best of all you don't have to listen to Crofty. Would be nice and while I'm familiar with F1TV and a multitude of other I-net streaming options, unfortunately I live...

Re: 2022 Singapore Grand Prix Free Practice & Qualifying Thread
I have a hunch we won't get a race. Well American F1 fans would like that - given my notice/post on the F1 forum here about Dish axing all F1, football (which I could care less about) and any other Disney channels this early morning....... Meaning no F1 coverage in the US now on Dish or Direct TV.

Dish legit just dropped ESPN and every Disney Channel at 3 am
Well this just sucks.........., I get up this early morning to watch Formula 1 P3 racing in Singapore, as I watched Practice 1 and 2 yesterday - only to find Dish has removed all the ESPN channels that Sky Sports uses to broadcast F1 coverage. I'm betting I'm not the only American F1 racing fan PO'd...

Hearing reports that a few people attepmted to invade the circuit during the red flag period. This was reported here in the US on Sky Sports too....... seems they were intent on reaching the track-side but were "stopped" thankfully and turned over to the bobbies - hope they throw the book at these ...

Re: 2021 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Race Thread
What a farcical joke this forum is......, all the folks whining this or that over who did what here in Saudi, when the REAL JOKE is the Belgium 2021 FAUX race which distributed Championship points - 12.5 to Max and 7.5 to Lewis fraudulently, because that wasn't a race at all and NO points gained the...

Re: 2021 Mexican Grand Prix Race Thread
Come on Bottas, you had 2 jobs so dont muck them both up. Pit for softs and do fastest lap, pretty simple. What happened to the Rule that said you have to be in the "Top 10 finishers" to set a Fastest Lap? It has always been that you can only score the fastest lap point if you're in the top ten, no...

Re: 2021 Belgian Grand Prix Race Thread
So now the F1A has "officially" produced a FAUX Race winner along with a FAUX podium ceremony, without ever holding an actual Race. instead of simply calling it a rained out event, (which it truly was) and giving the fans a refund or free tickets for next year's F1 Spa race. These morons called it a...

Scott Wilson's wreck on pit road ends not only his race but results in placing Dixon and Rossi in real race trouble, both now down a lap. YMMV, but the only way Mercedes don't finish 1st and 2nd here at Spa given the lack of rain, is if they take each other out, are taken out by another or suffer a rare Mercedes failure.
I'm expecting another boring race, unless the crap Pirelli tires spice things up.

I don't get why though? Why is it a problem to run wide at Copse, but yesterday there were 3 or 4 corners where every single lap every car was over the white line and it's apparently 'fine'. It used to be the same at Magny Cours, the last corner every single car was over the line before the straigh...

Can anyone explain something to me.... When Pirelli used to make really soft tyres 2011-13 teams would always stop twice, often three times but they were still able to do a stint of at least 10 laps or so on the softest tyre. Now in order to tempt the teams away from a one stop strategy they have t...
