Brought some tickets on a whim as was planning on going to London this weekend anyway, and it was only £56 for two tickets. If I remember a camera will try and get some pics of the Saturday stuff. Will be intresting to see it in the flesh.

Re: Should the UK remain in the EU (British citizens only)
Gotta admit this result has been a pretty bitter pill to swallow. But the bit thats made it all the worse for me this this statistic: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36574526 Under number 7: only 43% of 18-24 and 53% of 25-34 year olds voted. Vs 78% of the over 65s. After ...

Re: The Difference between a proactive driver and a passive
Ignoring the obvious hyperbole of the original post, like most things in life, you need both types to make a good team. A more proactive person takes more risks and helps to push teams forward, but too much of that can lead to oversights i and a refusal to listen to other points of veiw. A more pass...

Pretty chuffed with that result. Had some awful predictions this year so far, so feeling pretty good finally managed a good result. Hopefully we can keep it up for the team championship.

Re: Should the radio rules be changed?
I would probably change them for next year. I don't see why memory tests should be part of F1. Humans on average can memorise a single operation of 7 steps. This goes down to 5 for multiple operations. This is why pilots have checklists. Even though they do it every day they could not reliably recal...

lol Kimi is the best ever     "Surely you can say yes or no!" nope. This rule is goofy. Imagine the narrative if HAM and ROS were swapped. Love the radio traffic with Hamilton - Sounds like me trying to work any computer device "I'm just going to press all the buttons and see what happens". Redbull is hungry for tyres these last two races :( Looking like Ferrari made a good call to keep Vettel out. Wonder why Red Bull are suffering so much. Re: 2016 European (Baku) Grand Prix Race Thread
Good track. Intresting, lots of overtakes, and people so far keeping their noses clean. Slightly sad to see the advantage Rosberg has. Few more laps and he gets a free pitstop. Hamilton is driving well, would have been good to see him vs Rosberg. Kimi driving really well, sad about the mistake though.

Solid 7/10. Good racing behind in the midfield, strong showings by Manor and Haas. The front of the field lacked due to Kimi and Lewis bad starts, and odd strategy by Merc robbed us of any real battle for 2nd, but overall enjoyable race

No. He may have been able to get closer to Rosberg, but Rosberg was supreme all weekend, and the Mercedes still has a pace advantage.

Yup, 5 in a row. Nico is looking strong atm. The season is long, and Lewis will bounce back, but Rosberg has been on the ball. Hes looking confident and calm, when at times he looked under pressure last season. Intrested to see how his form continues.

I dont think so. I think he might have been closer, but Rosberg hasn't really put a foot wrong all weekend, and with the Merc pace don't think Vettel would have got it.Quark wrote:Kimi is keeping Rosberg in sight. I have a feeling Vettel would've won this race.

What is Hamilton doing? Hes 3 seconds down on kimi and not pitting. Surely he cant go to the end? Hes doing to end up miles behind kimi when he does pit. Odd from mercedes.
