First they admit that the referee (race director) was wrong and then they say " Respect and support of the referees is in the essence of the FIA".

The safety car rules state that ALL lapped cars need to unlap themselves (if the unlapping option is chosen). So Masi was definitely wrong, no ifs, buts, or maybes. If that is so why do I keep reading on F1 sites that it says 'any' not 'all' and this was one thing Red Bull used to argue their case?...

Not sure if I'm right about this, but my read of it is that Masi is the one that decided which cars should unlap themselves, and also to bring in the SC within 4 corners, as is 'believed' to be the Race Directors privilege..... .
