If I remember correctly, after the FIA had a go at getting a suitable fuel sample they allowed Aston Martin to have a go - they both failed. Aston Martin had it's opportunity, they should not be allowed to break the regs.

How can they "punish" the people told to box ?

Add 23 to 27 seconds to their times ?

It's not right after the race has finished.

The stewards should have picked this up immediately, now is too late.

The crash reminded me of a typical Vettel manoeuvre, charge up the inside straight at the apex at a speed which would allow the car to take the corner, but only by blocking the car on the outside, and drifting out taking most of the width of the track to go around the corner.
