Find it hard to blame any one cog in a big movement. As a team boss he will go with whatever the designers and aero guys tell him will be the way to go.

I think everyone got on top of the tyres eventually. The 6 day weeks our guys put in made the difference. You would not believe how dedicated they are, in on Boxing Day in on New Years day. It really is a big team effort.

You will find that Alonso has been the luckiest this season by a country mile. Not only has he had the reliability and leaders make way for him one way or the other, he is the only chap in the entire grid to actually have a lap dog for a teammate. His luck probably surpasses that of 23 other driver...
