Re: Hamilton/Verstappen British GP 2021 Collision Discussion

Interesting: https://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/f1/12369564/hamilton-unsurprised-by-booing Someone apparently fired. Disagree with Lewis here. Booing has always happened in all sports. In this case fans were unhappy about his incident at the previous race with Max. That's not unreasonable...

Re: Driver(s) of the Day - 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix

Hamilton had the pace to lap the entire field easily today. He really should have won. Didn't make it a walk in the park to pass cars though. And I get the impression that a lot of Ham's race pace today was down to him - his pace was fantastic. Unfortunately no good direct comparisons with Bottas n...

If you ignore the facts Infront of you you're just painting an argument based on nothing. But you continue to ignore them. I saw a bit of fun and games on pit exit from Hamilton. I didn't make any claims about the outlap. I don't know why you care so much that I'm not in lock step with you over thi...

I thought Hamilton's drive was outstanding. One other GOAT away from claiming a super famous victory today. Great craft from himself, fantastic craft from Alonso in defence for an all-time duel. Alonso and Hamilton then. Ocon third. Sainz fourth for his race read. Vettel fifth. Next. May I ask, wou...

Re: 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix Race Thread

Max was completely handicapped due to driving a broken car. It was worth claiming 1 point. Hamilton would have parked that car for sure. Probably a valiant effort by Max to get a point. Or who knows, maybe Hamilton makes more of the situation and avoids being undercut and claims more than one point...

What Ricciardo is doing in that Mclaren is a joke. Half the front runners out & he still finishes out of the points almost 30 sec behind a damaged Red Bull. He’s got serious problems in that car. Ricc's car also has substantial damage. *** Looks like the win was really on for Hamilton. Alonso has d...

Fortunately the race has been red-flagged, so there's a chance Max can still be in the game and it might set the platform for a defining drive. Hope he gets the chance with a well-functioning car.

Re: How will Max and Lewis race each other for the rest of the season?

If he intends to keep breaking the rules I hope the stewards will have a word with him. Deliberately breaking the rules is cheating after all. Did he break the rules, though? He made a mistake, but I don't think he broke any rules aside from the result of the mistake. I think Hamilton is saying he'...

Out of interest if your top 3 are Leclarc, Max, Lewis. Whose the 4th ahead of Norris. I don't really see anyone else you can currently put there. Been generally unimpressed with Perez throughout the season as he's been very up and down but then I'm not really surprised and expect him to fare much better in the second half of the season. Hamilton should win what, at least 3 more races this season? James Allison seems fairly pleased about their...

If Red Bull's lawyers can convince the FIA to allow them to change their totaled engine without a penalty, that would be a useful move. That line he took with Leclerc was a perfect exemplification of how he SHOULD've done in the first instance with Max. Hamilton winning this one with his main rival out of the race, due mainly to his mistake, doesn't do justice to F1. Maybe Max should have taken Leclerc's line too! Exactly. Lewis ac...
